MY STORY
Hi! I’m Dani – Welcome to Andas Pilates!
I’m a certified Pilates and Sound Meditation Instructor from Los Angeles, now living in Stockholm with my Viking husband and our little family. I started Andas Pilates to help women create space for self-care and movement that feels sustainable and restorative.
As a mom, I know how hard it can be to carve out time for yourself—especially when it comes to self-care. That’s why I created Andas Pilates: a calming space for at-home mat Pilates workouts, nature-inspired sound meditations, and feel-good rituals to help you move, reset, and feel your best.
When I first launched this space, I wasn’t pregnant—but now, we’re expecting baby #2 (due in late December 2025), and Andas Pilates is evolving right alongside me. I'm currently focused on sharing pregnancy-safe Pilates and wellness practices to support this season of life—with postpartum content to come as my journey continues.
Andas Pilates is all about buildable movement—because even just 5 minutes a day can create meaningful change. Start small, feel accomplished, and build onto your practice—one session at a time.
